Items will be shipped in a reasonable amount of time usually within 2 business days. The time it takes your order to arrive is determined by the shipping company and there may be delays. If items are damaged or if items have not arrived contact shipping company and Inatool. 

Notice: Items marked as backordered will be shipped as soon as available. Place your order as normal, if any item on your order is marked backordered then by default your entire order will ship together at once, when all items are available. If you require the items in your order not on backorder place 2 orders for 2 shipments. Place the first order with the items not on backorder and the second order with the items on backorder. Items may be backordered for a period of 1 month.

Inatool may ship international to fulfill orders if shipping is available to the customer address. Inatool may cancel and refund a order if shipping to customer address is not available. 

International shipping - items may be subject to customs processing depending on the item's customs value.

Sellers declare the item's customs value and must comply with customs declaration laws.

As the buyer, you should be aware of possible:

• Delays from customs inspection.

• Import duties and taxes which buyers must pay.

• Brokerage fees payable at the point of delivery.

Shipments may have an included tracking number and will be provided to customers upon shipment and or if requested. 

Carriers may have limitations for shipments to P.O. Boxes
